# A practical path from reports to autonomous agents

AI benefits your business when agents can act on data your teams already trust. Here is how we get you there, one level at a time.

## The AI maturity journey

Each level answers a better question, and each one needs more from the data layer underneath. Find where you are today.

Level 1

#### Manual reporting

*What happened?*

Monthly PPT and Excel packs built by analysts

**No shared layer**Manual extracts from separate systems

Level 2

#### Automated dashboards & alerts

*What’s happening now?*

Dashboards that refresh themselves, KPI alerts

**Data Integration**Pipelines, data quality, single source of truth

Level 3

#### Self-service, conversational analytics

*Why did it happen?*

Ask questions in plain English and explore on your own

**Agentic Data Layer**Shared business definitions, role-based access

Level 4

#### Personalised AI agents

*What should I do?*

Role-specific insights with recommended actions

**Agentic Data + AI Agents**Knowledge graph, vector database, business context

Level 5 · Future

#### Autonomous agents

*Can you do it for me?*

Agents act inside workflows, with a person approving

**AI Agents + Agent Apps**Agent security, guardrails, monitoring

**Skipping levels 2–3 is why most agentic AI initiatives stall.** Gartner predicts 60% of AI projects without AI-ready data will be abandoned through 2026.

## How an engagement runs

We start small, prove value on one workflow, and only then scale. You own everything we build.

1. ### Assess

We review your applications, data and the decisions your teams make every day, then pick one workflow where an agent can prove its value.
2. ### Build the foundation

Secure integration pipelines, data quality rules, customer and product master data, and role-based access control.
3. ### Make knowledge AI-ready

A knowledge graph, real-time vector search and shared business definitions, with agent security and governance in place from the start.
4. ### Build and evaluate agents

We build the agent and the app your team will use, and test both against real cases before anything goes live.
5. ### Adopt and scale

We support rollout, monitor how the agent performs, and help you pick the next workflow.

## What we hold to

### A person approves, the agent acts

Agents recommend and prepare. People stay accountable for decisions that matter.

### Prove one workflow before scaling

A single agent in daily use teaches you more than ten pilots in slide decks.

### Evaluate before release

Every agent is tested against real cases and measured, so you know how often it’s right before your team relies on it.

### Governed by default

Access control, masking and audit logs are part of the build, not added at the end.

## Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

No. We connect to the ERP, CRM, IT, marketing and data warehouse systems you already run and build the shared data layer on top of them.

Our data isn’t in great shape. Can we still start?

Yes, and most companies start exactly there. The assessment shows which level you are at and what the data layer needs before agents can be trusted with real work.

Which AI models do you use?

We are model-agnostic. We choose models per use case based on accuracy, cost and where your data is allowed to go, and the framework lets you switch models later without rebuilding the agents.

How do you keep our data secure?

Agents inherit role-based access, so they only see what the person using them is allowed to see. Sensitive fields are masked automatically, and the stack can run inside your own cloud environment.

Will agents take actions on their own?

Only where you decide they should. By default an agent recommends and a person approves. Every action is logged so you can see what the agent did and why.

How long does a first project take?

It depends on where your data is today. The assessment ends with a scoped plan, including timelines, for one workflow you can prove value on quickly.
